Thanks to some dear friends, in addition to the Walk and Picnic that happen in the East Bay CA, an official Fort Worth, TX event is happening this year too. If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area and are interested in participating in the Cowtown 10K run and/or a family picnic after, please email happyheartwalk@gmail.com and we can help connect you to others who will be wearing their Happy Heart T-shirts.

I have started a HappyHeartWalk.com website to host all of the event information...check it out to register and order t-shirts. T-shirts must be pre-ordered by Feb. 5th!
