February is National Heart Month. Knowing this, I couldn't help but want to do something to help broaden awareness of children with heart issues and honor Henry and all of the other kids with cardiomyopathy in particular. So, we are hosting a little walk and picnic at the Lafayette Reservoir this Saturday morning (see details below). I know, it is totally last minute, but maybe next year we can plan something bigger and better ;). Just wanted to let the locals know, that if you have nothing else to do Saturday morning, and would like to come walk with us, we would love to have you. Happy Heart Month!
Happy Heart Month Honorary Walk and Picnic
Saturday, February 23rd at 10 am
Lafayette Reservoir
3849 Mt. Diablo Blvd.
Lafayette, CA
Join us for a walk around the Reservoir in honor of Henry and all of the other kids affected by Cardiomyopathy. We will meet on the trail in front of the water at 10am Saturday morning. The trail is nearly 3 miles and should take about 1 hour to walk. We will finish at the play and picnic area. Bring a picnic lunch and blanket and stay and play if you can. We will provide drinks and treats. Please RSVP if you can make it so that we can plan accordingly, but please feel no obligation! We can still can feel your love and prayers!

Also, parking will probably be difficult, so consider coming a little early and/or parking at the bottom of the hill and walking up.
